Versa won't turn on or charge

I just looked down at my wrist to check the time, and my Fitbit Versa was completely dead. I charged it on Wednesday night, and noticed earlier today the battery was in the red so I knew I would have to charge it today. I actually thought it was strange that it needed a charge already because it doesn’t usually die out that quickly. I put it on the charging station and nothing. I cleaned the back of the watch and the prongs on the charging station thinking it was dirty, and that didn’t work. I switched plug outlets in the house and nothing. I left it on the charging station for 30 minutes like it said in the troubleshooting and still nothing.....completely dead. What else can I do?? HELP!!
