Versa won't turn on or charge

Charged my versa last night and it was working fine this morning. This afternoon the screen suddenly changed to show lines all down it like a phone might show if you had dropped it or something. The screen then turned black, still lighting up, but only showing a black screen. And then an hour later it has gone dark and will not turn on, charge or restart using the two buttons. I don't know how else to contact support so wondering if anyone can help me here.
