Hello there !
I’m using Fitbit Versa since November 2018. In October 2019 belt strap was broken so I applied glue to stick together but by mistake glue got inside of both the right side buttons and they are stuck now. But fortunately Fitbit is working.
Last night I charged My watch 100% but today morning It was showing low battery. I procrastinated to charge and now it is off. I have charged for 1 hour but it’s not showing battery status on screen.
& I can’t Switch on the Fitbit because right side buttons are not working
Kindly help

Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible since our support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

Thank you for responding to my query. I really appreciate it.
& Yes, Support Team also sent mail to me yesterday regarding this.
Today I gave another try to charge the device and fortunately now it’s working.
Sorry for the trouble.
