My Fitbit won’t turn on. I held all three buttons for 10 seconds and nothing happened. I let it charge for a while and then tried again and nothing happened. I checked the charging cord and it looks fine. I’ve don’t everything and my Fitbit won’t turn on. The screen will occasionally brighten but that’s it. What do I do. I’ve looked at all the pages to troubleshoot but nothing works.

Hello there @Chandlersam, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
Did you feel any sort of vibration on your watch during the restart process? If you didn't, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

I felt a vibration and did the steps accordingly. I tried to do a factory reset and no logo appears! I put it in the charger for a while and then tried again. Nothing works!

@Chandlersam I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
