Versa won't turn on or charge

My versa two days ago said 0% battery. Charged it yday and it seemed fine. To my surprise today I've a black screen and no indication of charging even though it's been on for over three hours. I've tried two cables, cleaned pins etc. 

How do I get it working?

Nicolas in support ran through the usage of different chargers. The different steps to try to reset, which were also provided in different posts here. The little screen maybe couldn't keep up with all my recent walking 🤣

I'm fortunate to be getting a replacement. In terms of process, the support has been great. Shame it'll be a few days before getting a replacement.
