Versa won't turn on or charge

The device randomly turned off when having around 60% charge left. And ever since I couldn't turn it on.

When tried to charge, the screen turns on with some dim backlight followed by a white screen and it again slowly dims down. And no matter how much you charge, I don't see anything other than the dim backlight.

When I tried to force restart (left + down hold) the screen turns on again with a white screen, flickers a bit, and turns off. This keeps on happening over and over, as I keep holding the buttons. I tried the factory reset (all hold - left+top hold)t too, and the same thing happens.

This happened after the latest release

Hi there, @Heather515. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
