Battery went flat, switched it off and put it in the charger. Now it won't turn on via the left button. When in the charger it turns on but freezes at the logo. I have tried the restart sequence (left and bottom right buttons) which turns off the device and it won't restart. Tried the factory reset sequence, nothing happens. Need different advice to "have you tried resetting it?".
