Hi guys
I need help with my Versa. During the night it’s died and unresponsive when charging too.
I have tried resetting by holding the buttons down but it has done nothing.
Please can someone help me?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

Hi @PPal, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since your Fitbit Versa is experiencing charging issues as well, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
