Versa died on 79% battery and refuses to respond. Tried the factory reset to no avail. Not a flicker of life, not a timid cough or a lame flutter...I'm piling on the pounds already...Can't face the dying tamagochi trauma of the past all over again....Does anyone out there know CPR for my Versa?? I'm getting twitchy with withdrawal symptoms....even trying to keep a manual count of my daily steps...I live on the edge as it is...this kind of nudge could signal doom...
Any helpful advice would be appreciated 😁

Hi @CorBlimeyUK oh dear! No CPR available to fixnit by the sounds. I see your username says UK. If you are in the UK you are still part of Europe so you have a 2 year warranty, so contact Support (link in my signature) and they may replace it for you.

@CorBlimeyUK welcome to our Fitbit Community! By he way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa didn't come back to life after you tried a factory reset.
In order to bring it back to life, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After trying those steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Thank you for your help @NellyG.
I'll be around if any question arises! 😀
