Versa won't turn on or take a charge

This is my second fitbit.  The vibration mode never worked for incoming phone calls or texts. Anyways, last time I was charging it started acting weird. Yesterday, when I charged again it just stopped working. It is completely dead.

Hi @Bubbleß, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped turning on all of a sudden.

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hi Fitbit Team,

I went through all the steps for trouble shooting. My Fitbit still dead. Doesn’t vibrate, doesn’t do anything.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Any help that you can give me, would be greatly appreciate it.
