Versa won't turn on or take a charge

My Versa doesn’t charge and doesn’t come on at all and when I charge the watch and the charger both get very hot. I have an iPhone XS. The last two days the battery of the watc drained very quickly. I don’t know what to do.

My Versa started doing this same thing over the past few days. Yesterday it was on 85% and then a couple hours later it was on 5%. I put it on the charger and when checked it the charger and device were very hot. I took it off the charger and now it will not power on at all and shows nothing if I put in on the charger. I

I have had problems charging since I bought the Versa back in 11/18. After 1 year, it just won't charge. Is the problem with the charger of the watch itself? Whenever I was able to finally get it charging the watch always worked fine. .

I have only just bought an IPhone XS. Fitbit versa worked fine until now. Screen won’t come at all but gets very hot when I tried holding the buttons in (saw this resets it on another post) but still nothing. Only thing the screen ya done is light up slightly but it’s just grey and eventually goes back to just nothing. App says there is an update due but tried and just got the grey screen again and the watch got incredibly warm and was actually uncomfortable to hold.
