Please help I’m lost ! My Versa suddenly started acting strange yesterday and flipping between the apps on the display without me touching it . Then the swipe function stopped working . I followed all the steps online to reboot it & then to factory reset it . It’s didn't work & now this morning it’s completely black on the screen and died . It’s not counting anything on the app & I know it was fully charged as I charged it this morning before coming to work . I’m lost as to what to try next & I rely on it

The restart (and factory reset) are the only tools we, as users, have to try and fix problems. If these aren't working for you then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via: contact.fitbit.com

@Lorraine86 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on nor taking a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

If you haven't contacted our Support team as advised @SteveH, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
