Versa won't turn on or take a charge

Hello, I have got a Fitbit I am facing up the following issues: 

 

  • Despite the fact that I have connected the Bluetooth and active the notifications, these are not going through. 
  • I restarted the phone to factory and It does not turn on. I have tried the workaround provides on this community, keep pushing the left and right bottom but the watch did not turn on and, the back light stopped flashing. 
  • Although the watch has 30 battery, I tried to charge it but there was any response from the watch. 

Is there any workaround I can try?

How does the refund policy work?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
