I use my Versa everyday. Had 65% battery life at the last sync but then got an email saying I had low battery -- an email I didn't see until the next day. Woke up to my Versa not turning on - totally black screen. Put it on the charger and, after a few seconds, the 0% battery alert flashed. I assumed it must have died and left it on the charger all day. Came home to the Versa still not turning on. Reconnected to the charger and got the 0% battery blink again. Checked a few minutes later. Still dead.
I tried the restart trick that some folks have posted about on here. Held for 10 seconds. Held for 3 minutes. Held for 5 minutes. Nothing.
I purchased my Versa sometime in late January 2019. I really love the Versa and would like to keep using it. How do I fix or replace my Versa so I can continue to use it?

Hi @didi_elle , seems like a real problem with your battery and since it's less than 1 year old, it should still be under warranty. So, contact Customer Support asap. Regards kuzibri
