Versa won't turn on or take a charge

Hi my versa will not restart or charge I have done all the advics on the forums, holding buttons etc etc. and nothing will help restart it. it says it is fully charged yet remove it from the charger and it will not respond in any manner.

@KayVenus welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, I appreciate the time spent trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it turns on.
