Hi @Shano.Pentasaib  the warranty is one year in the US, but in several European countries it's two years. Might that help you out? There is no battery replacement for these devices.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

@Shano.Pentasaib welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you charged it completely.

The information that shared @Odyssey13 is totally right.

I would like to follow up on the issue and would like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to revive your Fitbit Versa. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

@JaunJoFitbit, followed the steps and it is a battery issue, spoke to
fitbit personnel yesterday and was told that my warranty expired in
September2019, so there isn't anything i can do for the versa,
unfortunately i will be leaving fitbit as i can be spending every 14 months
on a new fitbit product.
