Versa won't turn on or take a charge

No lights on the back...nothing happens when I use any of the buttons...won't charge 😞
I'm lost without it!!

@gwalk76, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the lights on the back won't turn on.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Mine is two weeks or so old and after a hard reset when it Wasn't syncing, it didn't turn back on and Isn't charging up. It just shows 0% when The left button is pressed. I have tried charging it  overnight with another versa charger but to no avail.
