Versa won't turn on or take a charge

the fitbit versa just died off. Totally can't charge or On. Any kind souls out there, pls help!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I have tried all the steps and let it recharge over night and my Fit Bit Versa Lite still will not turn on can you please help me

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
