Dear Forum,
My Versa watch died a quick death. No warning - tried all the support advice relating to the charger and cleaning the back of the watch. It’s just surpassed its 12 month warranty. Concerned that it’s EOL has been a lot quicker than anticipated - plus this is the second Fitbit watch that has died prematurely. Do Fitbit offer replacement watches?
