My fitbit versa isn't working anymore it won't charge or turn on please help.

@Rumblesk, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

A couple days ago i ran an update. It showed to be version 70.1.14. This was 2 days ago. Yesterday my Fitbit stopped taking a charge and won’t turn on. I will reference the Troubleshooting guide you posted in previous thread then update.

RESOLUTION: Until, I pressed  all three buttons on my Fitbit Versa for approximately 10 seconds then the Fitbit logo appeared. My battery displayed low, and after reconnecting the versa to the battery charger it started charging. Hope this resolves your issue.
