I haven't used my versa in 2 months. Today put on charge and when I checked it 12hrs later I had the fitbit logo so did a 2 button reset. Now it's completely dead. No lights when on charger holding buttons does nothing I'm at a loss... watch is about 15 months old.

@AprilStanton12, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way,.thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
