I was having syncing issues with my watch. I read that restarting my watch might help so I went to settings and I pressed "shut down". Now I cant turn my watch back on. I pressed the back button and it didnt work. Then I held it like I read and saw on videos and nothing happened. I put it on the charger and nothing. What can I do?

@Mekenna9, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

My watch does not vibrate when I put it on the charger. My fitbit was completely charged when I turned it off, it wasnt showing the correct time and the last time it synched to my phone was January 2.
