I purchased a Fitbit Versa Dec.8th, 2019 and in the middle of a workout on Jan.8th, 2020 with my new Fitbit Versa tracking said workout- the screen went blank! I know my battery was getting low and had planned on charging it when I was done. This Versa purchase was an upgrade for my Charge 2. When I purchased it at Costco there were two chargers in the box. One in the Versa box and an additional one in the costco box (plain box contained a versa charger and the fitbit versa box). I have charged the versa with both chargers it came with. The versa is not charging at all and is unresponsive. Just caput! Please help as I only had this Versa for a single month! I have my receipt and am available for any more information you may require. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the chargers.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

My Fitbit Versa 2 is also doing this. Not turning on and not charging. It doesn't vibrate when it gets put on the charger either.

Since you mentioned that your watch doesn't vibrate when plugging it on the charger, please try the troubleshooting steps shared in this help page. Once you've tried these steps, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours as well and see if it turns on and takes a charge.

My Fitbit versa will not turn on. The battery is really low so I put it on my charger but no luck. Please help my watch is a month old. Is there a difference between the two chargers provided?
