Versa won't turn on or take a charge

The battery of the versa was 3% and then it turns off i put it in the charger for 2 days now and its not working I don't know why !!.

@Alya95, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and won't take a charge even though you have tried to charge it.

 

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
