My Fitbit versa won’t turn on. It died and I ou fit in the charger and it has been charging for an hour now and it still won’t turn on. Nothing is showing up.

@Itsmecaleb, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
