Versa won't turn on or take a charge

It wont charge. None of the buttons work. I woke up yesterday morning and it was dead. It had plenty of battery life. Even the flickering light in the back is no longer flickering. The Versa not working at all.  A couple of days before it was telling the wrong time. I was able to get it to sync to correct it and now it’s useless.

@makoshika, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via email as @WendyB advised.

 

Please try the instructions that they provided and reply to their email in case the issue persists. They'll be glad to follow up and assist you accordingly.
