My Fitbit Versa just stopped working. the battery wasn't flat i hadn't received and emails telling me to charge but the screen wont light up. I've tried charging it and holding all buttons down for short and long periods still nothing. Any suggestions please?

I'd like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
