My Versa was fully charged and i used it at night to see the time.  This morning however it is completely dead. I have tried everything, holding the bottons all tips that internet give. Still only a black screen. i have tried it in other charges and thought maybe it will wake up but, there is no response.  Can anyone give me advise please.

@Terblanche, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

The same thing has happened to my versa as well.  I am also unable to login to the Fitbit app on my phone. Last yr Fitbit complete kicked my acct out of the system and I had to reset it.  Can anyone tell me what’s going on?
