Hello,
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for assistance. The caht funstion is not working for me. I have been on hold several times on the phone. I have messaged through Twitter, with no response.
My Versa, purchased in Dec 2018, just quit the other day. Battery was not low, it just shut off. I have not been able to get it to turn on. I charged it overnight, nothing. It does not even vibrate when i place into charger. When i touch the screen, nothing happens. The only thing that i have been able to try is the 3 button reset. when i do that, the screen very faintly flashes gray. No Fitbit logo, and nothing else. I need help! I want to know if my Versa is completely dead, and needs to e replaced, or if something else can be done.

Regarding the display and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some information. Please reply to their email in case you have additional questions.

My Fitbit Versa 2 just arrived and now gone dead the side switch and screen not responding it has 65% charge but I can't get it to work do I need this email or do I need to send it back?

Hi,
I am having the same issue too. I have been searching the forms and waiting for a response that has worked for anyone to get their versa working again. Mine starting acting up and not holding a charge 2 days ago. I'd love if you can share what email they sent you and if the recommendations worked. Thanks!
