My husband and I both have Versas. I updated mine recently and everything went perfectly. He updated his and now nothing works. It’s like it crashed. The lights on the back were blinking then stopped a few seconds later. It had a full battery before the update, so it’s not dead. We even tried to charge it. Nothing. This watch cost too much money for it to only last 10 months. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that your husband's Fitbit Versa is not charging. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
