I charge my Versa regularly and I rarely let it go to when I get a message that my battery is low, so when my screen went dark Wednesday night, I was stumped but put it in the charger. It wasn't recognized, didn't show any % of battery and didn't light up. I thought it must just be really drained.......but it was dead. I have tried the re-boot sequence, cleaned all contacts, made certain the charger had power to it....but to no avail. It hasn't changed in two days even though I have had it in the charge again, overnight.
Any ideas?
