my versa switched itself off and will not come back on, no reaction when fitted in to the charger. I have looked at various comments on the forum, holding all the buttons does not work as my right buttons are frozen !! Any ideas?

Hi @PearlyTink, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on or taking a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
