Hello

I have a Fitbit Versa that I did not use for a while then when I tried to charge it, did not work I got black screen and sometime Fitbit logo shows up. What Can I do to solve it? I tried to charge it i diferent source and did not work. I tries to reset it pressing the left and right below button and did not work neither.

I bought it just 1.5 years ago.

Regards

Hi @Karlota, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on or taking a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup
  5. Set up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello JuanJo

Thanks for your reply

I just tried what you suggested and these are the results:

- Once I pressed the 3 buttons, Fitbit logo dissapeared

- once logo dissapeared I released the bottom right button

- watch never vibrates I keep pressed the buttons for a while and after release all the buttons it did not reset
