Versa won't turn on or take a charge

Yesterday I took my Fitbit to the beach but now it won’t turn on so last night I put it on charge but it still won’t turn on

 

please help.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. In case more assistance is needed, please reply to their email and they'll be glad to follow up and assist you accordingly.
