Versa won't turn on or take a charge

First gen versa... no issues up until now... Versa has been on charger half the day and does not have any power. Please help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
