First gen versa... no issues up until now... Versa has been on charger half the day and does not have any power. Please help.

Hi @Jbuser, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
