My Versa was losing time so I followed the answers provided in the forum's. Tried impairing with phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app and restarted Versa. I changed my settings from Network time to me selecting also. After three attempts with no success the only option left was factory reset. So I factory reset, battery was at 80% and it wouldn't turn back on. Had it on the charger all night and still won't turn on. It is also not vibrating when placed in the charging cradle. My Versa is only two months old so this is very disappointing as my Fitbit Charge lasted me three years.
