Versa won't turn on or take a charge

For the past 3 days, the screen on my versa has been scrolling by itself. It has been losing its charge really fast also. Two days ago I reset it. Today, I had to reset it again but then it died completely. I charged it for a couple of hours and now it will not come on. I have tried doing a hard reset by holding all three buttons but the Fitbit icon never appears. So, nothing is happening. Please help!
