Getting more frustrated with my Versa, suffered from sync issues since new, sometimes will not sync or update then with no reason after restarting many times it works! Now my less than 2 year old Versa has just turned off, will not charge or turn on! Checked everything! This is my second Fitbit, my daughter and wife also have one and all suffer from sync issues! Now this one just will not turn on! Fitbit you are becoming unreliable!

Hi @MichaelMC58, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on or taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Regarding the syncing issues, try the troubleshooting steps included in this help page. Finally, monitor your watches and see if they sync properly.
