Versa won't turn on or take a charge

After doing a restart of the data my Fitbit no longer turns on. It was charged to 100% yesterday when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with it, Today I held down the left button and the bottom button and the battery icon popped up on the screen showing me that it was at 0% so I can tell that it’s still working sort of. I plug the charger into my laptop this morning and it kept making noise as though it was trying to recognize the charger so I know that the charger is working but I’m just confused as to why my Fitbit all of a sudden does not. I have seen that there were a lot of other people having this issue as well because mine is out of warranty I’m not able to get a replacement. I’m trying to sell it because I got an Apple Watch so does anybody know how to fix this? Fitbit has no idea what’s happening and I am trying to sell it to someone this week.

Hi @tabethalyn, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa was unable to turn on or take a charge. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback as this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
