Hello, so Monday I woke up from a nap and my fitbit was off. Which was strange as it had about a 75 percent charge the last time I checked.
I've tried holding down the left and bottom button to reset it and even all 3 to factory reset it.
I attempted to let it lose all charge and recharge it. Im out of ideas anyone able to help? I feel a bit lost without my fitbit at this point.
It has been completely unresponsive when i've tried anything.

Hi @TheTrueHMD, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on or taking a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Looking forward to your response.

It does not vibrate when placed on the charger. I have attempted these steps to no avail.
