Versa won’t turn on or take a charge

My Versa has stopped turning on, ive tried holding down the back (left) and bottom right buttons which usually works but not this time. I’ve tried putting it on charge and used various ports and another charger and it still won’t turn on.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
