Versa won't turn on or take a charge

Hi,

about two days ago my fir bit versa just turned itself off. I followed the restart instruction and it started working again. Then again this morning it turned itself off again. When I try to reset the 0% batt charge is coming up on screen. I’m at work so unable get to charger until later. The batt was only charged yesterday so it couldn’t be gone yet. 

Can you help me please? I have my versa over a year but it shouldn’t be doing this on me!.

Hi @Karenfinnegan, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on even though you have charged it and restarted it before contacting our forums. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please let me know if your Versa vibrates when your put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am so disappointed did all the trouble shooting with the service group, I was then told it will have to be replaced but unfortunately not for South Africa, this is my 3rd Fitbit and I am truly so unhappy, it will just not go on since i did the reset.

My Versa is doing the same. No charge and doesn't vibrate when I put it on the charger. Any idea on what I need to do?
