Versa won't turn on or take a charge

I can not get my versa to turn on at all. I have left on charger over night and nothing. I have held all buttons down for more than 10 seconds. Help me!

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Okay it has been on the charger since 11pm last night... no it does not
vibrate when put on charger

This watch has now been on the charger for again 72 hours and still, nothing is happening. I have done all the troubleshooting and waiting. this sucks because I did not even have this watch a month and this happened. frustrating!
