Versa- It won't charge. Charging station to plug into household electrical outlet and computer. Neither work. I cleaned the contacts with a clean cloth.
This didn't come in contact with water or chemicals. Wasn't dropped.
When I connected this to the computer, it says the device isn't recognized.
We have another fitbit that does charge and work correctly w/ the computer.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi @ahmom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
