I went swimming ith my versa. After 3 laps it stopped working. I dried it carefully and switched it on. It said 0% battery so I charged ot the day after. Now it keeps switching itself off or making the start up blue dotted screen but everytime it will say 0% battery. Now it doesn't charge or switch on anymore.

Hi @SamanthaSmith20, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa won't turn on or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
