My Versa was working this morning. This afternoon it gave me a step notification with a scattered screen, and froze. It hasn't come back on since. I've tried charging it, restarting it using left & bottom right buttons, nothing. All I've got is a black screen. Any suggestions?

I'd like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
