Versa won't turn on or take charge

Hi,

My Versa has suddenly stopped working and will not charge.

I bought it in January 2020.

I've tried different chargers and resetting it  but nothing works. 

This is really frustrating!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
