I've had my Fitbit Versa for just over a year. A couple days ago, it stopped showing my calls and texts. This morning it was stuck on the Fitbit symbol so I did the reset technique of holding the buttons. It restarted after a few tries and worked for about an hour. Then it all of a sudden went completely black. My battery was at over 50%. It does not have any flashing lights on the back and is unresponsive to the resets I've tried. I placed it on the charger and nothing happened. Tried to reset a few more times but it remains dead. Is it completely gone?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I'm having the same problem. It was charged to 100% yesterday afternoon, I woke up this morning and it was completely dead. Placed it on the charger and nothing happened. I've cleaned to charger and back of the Fitbit and tried another USB port and nothing.

I have the same issue. My Fitbit Versa was dead this morning. It will not restart or charge after cleaning and following all suggested troubleshooting by Fitbit. Very frustrating and disappointed

I've got the same issue and fitbit support just suggested I buy a new one.
