Versa won’t turn on to set up

I just got a Versa and was trying to set it up. I charged it for 2 hours before opening my app to start pairing. The watch won’t turn on. I pressed the back button with the bottom right button to no avail as well as pressing all 3 buttons-still no response. The watch did vibrate once when it was paired but the screen was black. Now it won’t do anything.
