Dear Sir,
I have this issue today, my battery is 100% show on the screen and the apps, but once I disconnect the charger, the versa will turn off immediately. Restart and factory reset won't help. thx.

Hi there, @ray20018. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
While reading your post I was wondering if your watch vibrates when you connected it to the charger? If it doesn't, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing another factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
